For a useful support report
- Include the page address and the tool you were using.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
- Mention your browser and device when the issue is visual or interactive.
- Do not send passwords, payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive data.
Why email instead of a form?
A direct email keeps the process familiar and avoids adding a database just to collect messages. Your email provider and the receiving provider will still process the message according to their own policies.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as project capacity allows. Privacy and security reports receive priority, but FunBox does not promise a fixed response time.
